Refund and Return Policy

Our warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase arrived, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or denial of the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ztechknives.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace goods that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email info@ztechknives.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
